Process

Four stages. No surprises.

Strategy, design, engineering, and content run as one project, not four hand-offs. The same structure applies whether we're building a brand system, a site, or a search program.

  1. Discover

We learn the business before we touch the work: goals, market, constraints, and what has already been tried. The nine-dimension scorecard runs here.

Your part: You bring the context. One working session, plus access to whatever data exists.

  2. Plan

One written plan: scope, priorities, timeline, and the number we commit to. No work starts until it's agreed.

Your part: You approve the plan — or push back on it. This is where scope gets negotiated, not mid-build.

  3. Build

Design, engineering, and content shipped in visible increments, with a weekly delivery report: work completed, decisions needed, risks, next milestones.

Your part: You review at set checkpoints. Feedback lands while changing course is still cheap.

  4. Grow

Launch starts the measurement. We track, report, and compound what works — the numbers on our Work page come from this stage.

Your part: You get reporting you can read on your own. Monthly numbers, in context, tied to the plan.
