About
Three senior people run Northpilot — and they stay on the work. The people you meet on the first call are the people who set the strategy, design the experience, write the code, and read the numbers at launch. No account layer, no handoffs, no junior team inheriting your project after the pitch.
The team is built around four connected practices — Brand & Experience, Products & Engineering, AI & Automation, and Growth & Intelligence — so one idea travels from positioning to shipped product to measured demand without changing hands. When an engagement needs more hands, senior specialists join per project; the core team stays this size.

Ardit builds the product. A full-stack engineer, he ships production web and mobile applications end to end — architecture, backend, frontend, deployment — alongside production AI systems: LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and automated multi-step workflows wired to custom and third-party APIs. His stack is React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, with OpenAI API, LangChain, and n8n on the AI layer, React Native for mobile, and AWS for cloud — and he cares most about the part demos skip: prompt engineering, evaluation, and reliability that hold up in production.

Can't lie, I had doubts at first — communication with agencies was always terrible. That's been the biggest difference. I always know what you're working on, why you're doing it, and what comes next. Never had to chase you once.
