What we collect
When you email us, we receive what you write and your email address. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there (name, email, and anything you add to the booking) under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us. This site itself sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics that identify you personally.
How we use it
Inquiries and bookings are used only to respond to you, hold the call you scheduled, and — if we work together — run the engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
Booking links open Calendly, which processes scheduling data as described above. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are relevant to the conversation or engagement. Email hello@northpilot.agency to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, and we'll act on it.
